Areas of Focus

Shana's approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the whole person is invited into the room: mind, body, and the deeper self beneath it all. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic EMDR, Depth Psychotherapy, and Inner Relationship Focusing, she works collaboratively with clients to gently explore the patterns, wounds, and wisdom already living within them. Rather than working on you, these modalities work with you to build trust, curiosity, and a felt sense of safety that makes real change possible.
