Inner Relationship Focusing

Shana Dols overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains

Inner Relationship Focusing is a gentle, body-based practice that helps you build a compassionate relationship with whatever you're feeling. Instead of analyzing your emotions from the outside, we slow down and turn toward the felt sense in your body, listening to what it has to say. We listen with curiosity instead of judgment. We welcome parts of you that feel difficult, like anxiety, self-criticism, or old emotional patterns. All parts, even the difficult parts, are heard rather than fixed or silenced.

Over time, this kind of gentle inner listening creates real shifts. This change comes by finally letting the parts of you that have been struggling feel understood. Sessions are collaborative and paced entirely around you.
